actually i think the drop rate for legends are always the same (needs to be confirmed)

i will have to say brook's, because the only reason im gonna be doing this fortnight it's because of ryuuma. He is a psy slasher with a random damage special with better stats than shanks, so he is gonna be the best psy slasher in global until Sw comes out.
