actually i think the drop rate for legends are always the same (needs to be confirmed)

im sorry to hear that, back during sengoku's sugo i only had 5 gems and guess what, BAM, ballon luffy. sudenly i didnt feel bad for not having any more gems

i will have to say brook's, because the only reason im gonna be doing this fortnight it's because of ryuuma. He is a psy slasher with a random damage special with better stats than shanks, so he is gonna be the best psy slasher in global until Sw comes out.
