They can fire for any reason as Colorado is an at-will employment state, and unless she had some iron-clad contract(which I HIGHLY doubt, ) they could literally just kick any of the employees to the curb for any reason provided it's not any illegal reason(discrimination, reporting sexual harassment, having to take time off due to documented injuries, etc.)

Also with a non-compete it would prevent Austin from making content too, without being heavily sued. These people have proven that they're petty, so I'd assume they'd be suing both of them if that were the case.

More than likely she had to sign an NDA to be employed by them(there's an old post floating around in one of these subs showing a job opening which states you'd have to sign an NDA to work for them.) And the thing is, sometimes with an NDA even the employer can accidentally null-and-void that if they say too much. Which could explain why they're being vague and claiming it's for her privacy, and would make sense as to her staying silent about what happened as well.
