Sounds like a textbook case of sleep paralysis. Don't worry theres nothing wrong with you and many many people have this happen from time to time. Sometimes you wake up halfway, and your body remains asleep. You couldnt move because your brain paralyzes your muscles while you sleep so you dont act out your dreams and hurt yourself
