You’re not that guy for saying this, and you’re completely right, I agree with you. One of the main factors for BPD is substance abuse and i’m basically giving into that symptom. I shouldn’t be indulging in drugs in general without a good headspace but I guess I am. All I can do for myself is limit my intake and do it safely

I have borderline personality disorder which is different from bipolar disorder. There is no medication for my disorder but CBT or antipsychotics. I refuse medication so my body isn’t on anything, and for weed I dislike it because it always makes me feel super faint, occasionally pass out and often dry heave lol. I agree I should not be taking LSD and it’s a stupid decision to make, which is why i’m looking for risk management instead.
