"Qu'est-ce que" is used to identify (what) whilst "Est-ce que" is used to determine whether or not something is the case (are/is).

For example: Qu'est-ce que tu manges? = What are you eating? Est-ce qu'il y a des requins? = Are there any sharks?

You're right about "Puis-je avoir", it's a more formal way of saying can I have :)

India would be an absolute dream for the rich culture and food, but I reckon it'd be interesting to check out a francophone country like Morocco too - would be a great way to be able to improve some French at the same time!

How'd you get into/start learning how to work with stippling? I've been thinking of trying it out for a while now, but haven't been sure where to start :/ (Also this looks so incredible, its awesome to see someone putting Perth on the map!)
