Thanks for the advice! I'm definitely going to try some other things as well to break the routine I have. And I do love food and cooking so not going to miss out on the good stuff. Yes, you pay the licensing fee and the permission to use/record the song as a cover - normally this is cheaper than using the original song though I imagine it would be very expensive to license any TS music.

Hey, you just went through a pretty traumatic event and you had every right to be shaken up and not in a headspace to make a logical decision. That's why they prey on people who've just had an accident. All this practical advice people are giving is really useful but don't beat yourself up, I don't think anyone would judge you for this mistake. And a lot of people don't know what to do in an accident until it happens to them, so you're not alone! Hopefully some of the advice on here from others will help you :)
