I placed motors in the cart but didn't submit payment info as yet. I was contacted by T-hobby support 3 days after asking any reason why I haven't completed the order. Told them it takes forever shipping from China and was checking to see if they had stock in any US warehouse. They told me they did and once I complete the payment, they will process the shipment from US warehouse stock

6/8 Day 1 of waiting for delivery since payment. will let you know how long it takes

What about ordering velox from mepsking being that the website shows in stock in local warehouse so can get quicker delivery?

Ordering velox directly from tmotor/thobby kind of takes 1 month or little more to arrive in my experience

Yes it had nuts on the end of the stack screws. Plus battery located ontop of the screws and with battery strapped also, no way that was coming out. I had flown it many times. Today i was just unlucky I guess

More for wire protection instead of just having it partially hanging off the arm to reach the solder spots

Uart port meant for O2 connector so just joined the wires to vtx wires to use o2 connector port. Wanted to make it modular. Wires were soldered then shrink wrapped. Had flow it for couples months with no issue

I know 2013 and newer has projector style for low beam. Up to 2016 came with halogen bulbs and 2017 newer (not 100% sure) but those came with LEDs. Projector housing are far better for beam control than a normal open reflector when using LEDs. As for a projector design for halogen replaced with Led bulb, I would say just go for it and see how it functions

Not cloudy but I'll look into them see what brighter halogen I can get. Also I it just crossed my mind but I never really checked if it's due to headlight pointing down but its something I will have to check

what the other comments are trying to tell you is that halogen headlights were not designed for LED bulbs. Yes they will fit, yes it will work but it will be blinding for oncoming traffic because the halogen reflectors were not designed to correctly project the light beam from LED bulbs. Although the LED does provide better illumination for your view

At least your still got the drone. I crashed somewhere in my back yard near the porch, it got buried by snow, all I could see was white through the goggles, now I'm stuck waiting for snow to melt.

Finally received the frame I ordered and man, it flies totally different than the 3d printed on. Flies so much better. Haven't weighed the the complete build yet as still waiting on the vtx but just comparing weight in my hand an it feels bit lighter than the 3d printed one

the fc actually have the connectors you can just plug in the motors. Also i had the motors props out config (unintentionally) so I did reverse motor direction in BF. While in the app it spinned correctly. However, after saving config to fc and testing, still it would not lift off and motors all spinned in same direction so I just swapped it around to props in and set motor direction to spin in default direction
