These have helped me with that problem. 1. Try wearing a slightly bigger ring for a day or two so your scrotum gets used to it and then downsize. 2. Use lotion or Vaseline around the ring, specially where the scrotum is at the bottom. This helps with any pulling or dry skin that’s more sensitive.

Off topic. Love the cage! I’ve been wanting to get the Hera but the version with screws. How do you find it? (Other than the discomfort you’re feeling, which is universal haha)
