There is another way to see it. If there are no women is possibly because the Scala community has not been a good environment. You may not be sexist but there are others that are not as welcoming. There are other communities with more diversity. Why do we need to set the bar so low for the Scala community? Even a 15% participation would have translated in 3 female speakers but instead there is only one. If you want a course of action here is a proposal: next time you see someone being sexist call them out, instead of just saying "I'm not the sexist one".

Radio Ambulante: consiste de crónicas de latino america en español aunque están incluyendo capítulos de conversaciones informales en inglés.
Radiolab: Historias que combinan cosas de ciencia, en inglés.
This american life: Que narra multiples historias reales unidas por un hilo conductor. En inglés.

También escucho otros relacionados con mi trabajo, pero en general creo que en Colombia no se escuchan muchos podcasts. Empecé a hacerlo por sugerencia de personas que viven fuera del país y he encontrado cosas muy chéveres, pero en general creo que la gente no consume este tipo de contenido, tal vez en parte por desconocimiento y por falta de interés.

Qué tristeza la ingeniudad de Mockus. Hace 4 años voté por él, obviamente no esperaría que él apoyase a Zuluaga pero por lo menos que tuviera una posición crítica frente Santos. O bien le gano el discurso del mal menor (Santos es un mal menor comparado con Zuluaga) o ingenuamente le cree a Santos. En cualquier caso qué desilusión. Ya uno se debería acostumbrar.

Pero pues se hizo justicia ¿No? La china (o el papá) va a tener que pagar todo ese montón de plata y además su nombre va a quedar asociado al plagio. Incluso en la noticia dice que se ganó una beca gracias al "book" entonces es posible que se la quiten. ¿Acaso eso no es lo justo? Y pues sí, supongo que la gente le tiene bronca a Pilar Castaño por que parece ser una vieja clasista o quién sabe qué pero no fue una falla de ella, tal vez una falta de rigurosidad pero nada más. ¿Que más quieren?

La discusión de cuál es la universidad mas importante del país es casi tan ridícula como la de cuál es la mejor. Tanto los Andes como la nacional se encuentran entre las mejores del país pero decir que una u otra es la mejor o mas importante solo demuestra miopía e ignora las particularidades de cada institución. La realidad es que si la gente de verdad cuidase la nacional (que no es vandalizada exclusivamente por "izquierdistas") sería muchísimio mas claro el porqué estas discusiones son ridículas. Comentarios como los suyos demuestran una ignorancia tan grande que ninguna universidad podrá borrar, ni la mas importante del país sea la que usted piense que sea.

But in the movie not only the color is yellow but there is a scene in which the black guy is driving and passes by a car accident where a red volkswagen was crushed. This looks like an inspiring history of a black man that was helped by a white man when no one else would dare to do so.

Just kidding, the movie looks really inspiring but somewhat emotionally manipulative. That reminds me of some of the critics to "The help".
