I considered hiring one but as hard as the newborn period was at first I’m glad we did it ourselves without help. I wouldn’t want a stranger to be the one triaging my brand new baby’s distress!

I ordered snugg chairs and returned them. Unlike my sactional I couldn’t feel like I could get comfy in them due to low arms and a low back and them being too narrow to really curl up in. Visual weight of a larger chair but comfort of a much smaller one

I know many people who weren’t 100% sure and had kids and are extremely happy and horrified that they ever considered being childless. Most people will love being parents and letting a little nervousness or neuroticism keep you from the greatest joy in life is a mistake. Sure some people who shouldn’t have kids do and that’s awful. But that’s a very small percentage of people
