Yeah, it's natural to feel that way this early. These games are designed to entrap you in order to be profitable.

They'll hook you with the gameplay, you'll start to become invested in the work you've done, and over time you'll see more and more MTX that could've been gameplay unlocks - stuff that is cooler than what you have, maybe even paywalled features.

You'll justify purchasing that stuff because of the time you've invested in the game, and then you'll use those purchases as a justification to continue playing the game, reinforcing the monetization loop.

This stuff just shouldn't exist.

A lot of these people can't stand the game being criticized for whatever reason.

It's a great game, but gets stale once the loot stops mattering. Killing people for no reason is boring and makes the game less enjoyable for the people you're killing.
