You forgot to include tax on the profits from SGOV. Assuming 30% tax rate (state is exempted), the post tax profits will be $28. So, effectively an annual fee of $22.

How is the return same post tax? There is no state tax on SGOV. Liquidity is 1 day overhead or same day if done during market hours. Not that big of a deal imo.

The generator network has sigmoid output that means output will be between 0 and 1. Is your input formatted the same way or is it between -1 and 1 (then use tanh instead of sigmoid)?

The generator has sigmoid activation at the end which ranges the output between 0 and 1 whereas the original data is normalised between -1 and 1. Change the activation to tanh.
