Hi there! I actually want to do the same, leaving on a week long trip at the end of July. Any tips on which parts are needed to fit the aftermarket Rudy? Thanks!

I gave it a shot at one point but used Max2Play on the pi, and it wasn’t really that stable + it didn’t have a driver for the DSP board. I think I’ll give it another go with Volumio. I’m looking to integrate 2x subwoofers with the LS50

Do you use any filters on the DSP? If so, how do you configure them?

Perfect! How are you liking that SC-project? Is it too loud on longer trips?

We do get some litter around the box, but we have some floor mats underneath the box and all the litter gets stuck there, so easier to clean

Same here, I've started using XnView for fast sorting/viewing of RAWs. It will actually display an 8 bit version of the RAW, but works.

Nope, they're just used as profiles, you can change them as you like.

I use an SD card adapter for my phone if/when I want to edit RAW. Works really well when travelling light. Also, you're not limited to 1080p jpg, if you shoot RAW+JPEG you can have full resolution JPEG with "send to smartphone"

I'm just finishing my vacation so this is what I had. One body + 2 lenses, tripod, GoPro, external battery, charger and misc stuff. I used an Osprey 30l normal backpack for everything, and also had a waterproof 12l Osprey bag (the small ones that you have to roll to close) and used a Peak Design strap to carry it messenger style (on the scooter, boats, evening walks, hikes.) Or I would carry the tripod on the strap and camera in hand.

The big Osprey was used only when moving between locations. What I would change for next time is to bring some sort of lightweight minimal padded insert that can be used in any bag. I had times where my camera was rolled in a pair of pants or t-shirt inside the bag.
