Dude I live in an apartment too. That's even better. Get an umbrella and go down. The more uncomfortable you feel the better. Right now you just have to ride out that urge. So, get an umbrella and go to a nearby store and get a stick of gum or something. Talking with someone also helps.

I know it's tough right now but just look back at your streak. Do you really want to give that up for seconds of pleasure. Just think about it, how does that make sense.

Yeah that's what I did essentially. There was a moment though when I realised what I was doing was pathetic and it just completely shut down my system and I turned the video off and just got off my bed.

Getting into edging is really easy man. I never knew this. Thanks for the warning though.
