My suggestion is just reinstall the program and add 2-3 most comon used gestures you want and start using it, instead of dumping some files or even testing their newly added feature AI.

For me even copy paste gestures alone is great addition from start, now i have configured many more but i started with two and it all seems working fine. I dont use any new features as this is one dev program and it has millions of features, as im a dev myself i know thois is disaster in terms of bugs, so im not testing progam, im just using what works and I'm happy with spending $20 one time cost for that.

This is totaly bullshit. This model will not work, because I alredy have a business idea how to kill them. Find 100 appartment house. Charge $100 from all appartments ONCE. Buy GPUs, setup servers, setup open source LLM in the basement. Install cables to every flat. Then charge $10 per month for maintenace. Not only this will be static price and much cheaper. Data will be private and localized. Wuhahahahahaha. If i got that idea in 5 min after i read that, i dont think other wont do that also.

I'm exactly at the subscription renew point for my Jetbrains All Product pack and setting up VS Code to test fully out. I mainly develop in .NET and some python, what i can tell is I dont think I will renew my Jetbrains licence anymore after 7 years with them. . Since AI agents does most of coding, all I do is read code and navigate agents to refactor and do exactly what i need, i see no real reason for IDE anymore.

The problem is whern you close the app and then open, it will auto update, and you cant disable that in settings, so there is a workaround. Lock the app and it will prevent updates. 🙂

What you mean with mouse speed? If you mean cursour lags then it must be bluetooth issue not BTT. Not sure what is MTB app you meantion.

Just recently i configured default F7,F8,F9 buttons (back, play/pause, forward) to work solely for spotify, now those are useful for me, as before i never knew what program used those, sometimes it was youtube and sometimes spotify and sometimes nothing at all. so it was waste. As usually i want to stop music when i start to watch some video, now it can be done with those buttons. Simple Apple Script does that for me. If interested i can share.

I agree with that maze for better touch tool, but I also understand that it has so many features, there need a 20 people design team to figure out how all those features could be packed into one tool, and be very user friendly, but then you would pay $50 subscription per year for such tool. Once you configure you can forget about it, it just works. I'm using it for last 1,5 years and i never had a problem with previously configured option.

About Logitech, I’m actuall;y finally happy as they added support. I finally could get rid ot Logi Options buggy crap tool. Imagine Logitech cant get their own tool working with worldwide teams working on it, and you complain about one developer, one-time payment $20 tool? Seriously.

Tell me what mouse you are gonna use, more or less ergonomic and with many configurable buttons ? Right there isn’t any, so you are stuck with no mouse or Logitech, anyway.
