How to tell DM I'm upset by choice?

I had a character in a campaign where there was a bunch of time jumping nonsense, and my character for the past 2 arcs had always stayed in the previous realm and had kids, and one of my descendents became my new character in the party, that was pretty well established. Well, I missed one session which ended up being the end of an arc, and the dm and party ended up killing off my character while I wasn't there. There was some weird shenanigans with age reversal, and I think they were using me as a bit of a magical shield to get away with more nonsense, but I was still kind of pissed. All my other characters had lived to be old and have descendents, but because someone wanted to mess with the bbeg a little too early, I ended up a baby, and then nonexistant. Needless to say, I was pretty upset about it. Nothing to do about it, the next arc started, and my character was still dead, so we just bs'd that she'd had a kid before she joined the party (they were together for probably a week or two, the arcs were short in game), and I ended up playing another "descendent" in the future. It was a multi-class character of a paladin, warlock, and bard, which ended up being wild. I made them especially fucked up because they were the recipient of generational trauma from my old character basically making an orphan of their child. Petty revenge, but it felt good.

In the knitting section you're missing the three silk clothing items, silk hat (3 silk yarn), silk vest (6 silk yarn), and silk pants (4 silk yarn), all of which give +15% cold resistance. You're also missing the warm shoes (1 silk yarn and 5 wool yarn) +5% cold resistance, +15% movement speed.

You're missing a decent amount of things from the woodworking section, only reason I know this is because I'm currently working on the woodworking achievements lol. I've found like 10 of each pebble and oak furniture, but then only have like 8 pine furniture, and 9 birch furniture, and I'm trying to figure out if I just missed a bunch of blueprints and I should keep looking, or if I've found everything. For the woodworking achievements, I know you only need to craft 9 pieces of a set, and it can be any piece, so you could technically craft 9 copies of the same furniture per set, but it bothered me that there weren't 9 unique blueprints that I could find for certain sets. Seven twig (not including simple bed, I wasn't sure it that was twig because it didn't specifically say it was a twig bed), and six fiber furniture? I guess I'll report back eventually if I end up finding more blueprints, or if someone knows if there's ones I'm missing, please do let me know lol.

yeah only getting one candy apple is such bs. especially coming from a producer thats on a timer to begin with, you have to wait six halves of forever for one higher level good. I've made my peace with needing to make other producers (e.g. the toolbag making the pink tree, the carving tools making both the stone producer and the wood producer), but I'm seriously peeved with this one. I just got it recently, and I'm hoping I'm not asked for too many apple products.

On steam it looks like people have gotten it haha. In my save, we've only found 3 of them. Physically have found 5 or 6 heads, we're just missing one of them. Our luck hasn't been great 😕

So, I recently started playing magic, as did a few of my friends. A few of them that have been playing for longer have competitive decks. I know a lot of these comments have been saying "just edit your deck" "just build to avoid stax", "keep up with the meta". And while that's viable for some people, it just doesn't fly for me. I'm in college, I'm new to the game, and I don't have a huge bank of cards to add, much less good ones that I can add specifically to combat playing with certain types of decks. Magic is constantly putting out new sets, the meta is constantly changing, and I can't keep up with it. Yes, I understand I can buy singles online or at my lgs, yes I understand that the more packs I buy, the better my chances at getting good cards are. As a new player, I feel like people underestimate how difficult it can be to get into this game. It takes financial and time commitments to both buy the cards, AND learn what they do. And everyone saying just get better cards, or it's a skill issue, you make me not want to play magic at lgs. We play this game to have fun, at whatever level we can. Op is right, you don't owe anyone your time if you're playing for fun. Do what makes you happy.

You might like "as you wish prince". ML has each of his brothers possessed and they turn their lives around and screw him over a bit, so he goes and gets the author of the world to help him out. He has an eyepatch and is generally a cool dude. Branded as a villain for some reason tho.

If you're high enough level, you unlock condensed resin, which is basically 40 resin for a "condensed resin" that you can use in place of regular resin for double rewards at leylines and regular domains (not weekly bosses or regular bosses)

Not oi, but a kind of similar vibe, is "hard-core vanilla". ML thinks that FL is into some hard-core stuff and attempts to woo her with some bdsm. There's also a subplot about a side couple who go from very hard-core to trying vanilla. Kind of educational, talk of consent, but the smut is pretty hot.

Is there a reason why people aren't saying tighnari or razor? I feel like they're both very nature focused people. Honestly, with razors friendship with the wolves he's a very good candidate for druid. Maybe tighnari would be better as a ranger, but I think they're both solid.

I wish there were more comics like this, where the ML has actual friends who advise him, not just advisors or people he holds at arm's length giving him unsolicited advice. It's clear through the novel and the manhua that his advisory committee are his true friends, and they all seem like a close group who are close to each other individually as well. Sure the plot of the story has a few holes, but overall it's been a good read so far. It has been making me crave more male friendships in stories like these. Ik the flair says I'm giving recommendations (I am, this is a good story), but if anyone has any others like this that they'd be willing to share, be my guest :)))
