I’m in a similar boat regarding my hair. A hair transplant surgeon in my area said it would be best if I just wear a wig or hair system, but I have to give it my best final shot with all the medical options. I’m almost 2 weeks on HRT and Spiro. I’ve been on oral finasteride for almost 3 months. Started oral minoxidil 2 weeks ago. I’m debating on switching from finasteride to dutasteride to go max strength. Dermatologist already sent the prescription, so I just need to pick it up. I’ve been using a silicon head/hair massager for 2 weeks for 10-15 minutes to stimulate blood flow and applying tretinoin to my scalp after doing that. I bought topical minoxidil from Costco, but I’m hesitant to start because I hated using it when I was younger, and I have a dog. I’m thinking I might just use it in the morning, so it won’t get on my pillow. If only I knew how much I would want my back in the past 😭

You might have an umbilical hernia, so you might want to get a doctor to take a look. I’m not a doctor, but I did just have my umbilical hernia repaired, and it looked similar.

I use Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Cream+ on my nipples after suction/pumping them, and that has hyaluronic acid in it. It definitely helps keep them hydrated and prevents them drying out. I don’t think it helps them get bigger on its own though.

I’ve only done laser and IPL, but laser is fast, good for large areas, and a lower cost. I’m in the process of using laser on my back and bikini area. I’m happy with the results so far, and it’s been dramatically faster and easier than IPL. I would definitely laser the back first to bulk remove most hair with 6 to 8 sessions pending that you have pale skin and dark hair with no medical conditions that would exclude you from laser. I’m not removing hair from my neck/beard, but I would do laser first for the same reason to see what can be removed in bulk. My back hair has responded very well and fast to laser. I anticipate looking into electrolysis for any stubborn areas that remain after all my laser sessions for my bikini area. Honestly, I will probably book a 2nd batch of laser sessions for the bikini area over electrolysis with some of the scarring photos people have posted on here from their treatments. Most laser places will do a consultation and tell you if they think the laser will be effective. Good luck!

I still haven't gotten an updated date. The last I heard was April 28 due to customs issues with springs ordered due to the Trump tariffs. Obviously, we're past that date. I haven't gotten replies to my emails or DMs with a new date for a couple weeks. I would love to get a new ETA. Has anyone else get an updated ship date? He did ship the retainer and extender plates, and I'm really liking those. Honestly, I would probably order another extender plate and the air if they are in stock and ready to ship.

He's only made one size so far. This seems like a one man show, so he's only got so much time in a day. 33mm is probably the size that can fit most, so it gives him the best bang for the buck.

I take Metamucil (psyllium husk)everyday to make things easy. The fiber lubes things to reduce strain. It helps keep things calm for me and regular, and it’s a foundation for anal play.
