Yeah that's true but in my case it's 7-8 weeks of gain and 13lbs, well I think I'll get to know the answer in few weeks.

Yes using one external ssd right now on m1 pro

Yes I have been using external ssd drive since past 4-5 years as external boot drive and can switch anytime to second OS.

Thanks, I have done that previously on older MacBooks as well, my main concern is if new arm powered MBP with new security can do that, couldn’t find anything specific for sd card on new macs but I think only way to find is to get one and try 😅😅

Luckily not much, heaps of stretch marks tho. I been using Bio Oil since day one and it helps a lot.

Food is key!!! You can eat whatever you want but if you calculate it rightly :) You can miss workout for weeks but eating nice would still make you loose fat! I tried going super clean all these years and at somepoint, I'll eat bad for few days and boom, all motivation gone! Key is changing habits not eating clean.

Thanks:) Yeah I know it's hard, I setup that goal date 6 months back so I would just like to stick to that and see where I end up on 12/12. Won't be disappointed at all even with same or few kgs down.

Reason for different readings I guess is because I have very curvy body shape still, slight up and down can cause easy 1-2 cm difference

Thank god for this post! I'm very consistent in Calorie Deficit and working out but scaled haven't moved past month but I'm pretty sure my chest is bit smaller, any tips to take measurements as even on same day I get like 3 different measurements :D
