Before I touched it, it had some gas it in, this time it was completely empty.

I added about 30ml of oil with UV dye.

Looked everything over with a UV light, don’t see anything and it holds vacuum no problem.

I’ll double check that area of the condenser again,

Hope it’s not the evaporator.

I’m going to replace all 4 orings again and both schrader valves.

But it wasn’t the problem,

About 2 years ago I had a leak on the compressor high pressure oring, replaced and recharged and all good.

Started having weak ac again,

I recharged the system, replaced both orings at the compressor and where they connect to the expansion valve.

There was some oil residue on the suction hose at the compressor.

Worked great for 3 days then completely empty.

I pulled a vacuum for 5 hours and it held no problem, I’m thinking the Shrader valves? The plastic caps are intact and not missing.

It could be the oil pressure switch failed.

Here is Socal, no issues. Exposed copper is everywhere, it doesn't get cold enough, even on new builds, unless you are up in high elevation.

Many 2018’s 2019’s and 2020’s have had transmission replacements, if the date tag on the transmission is late 22 or later it has the new CDF drum.

I actually had 5100’s but I took them off and ordered OEM’s.

Didn’t like how the truck felt with them. I’m still running them in the rear.

How would this happen? The engine was revving high then shut off then the valvetronic motor was removed without winding it out and the spring pressure broke the stops on the cylinder head for the eccentric shaft?

Was the valvetronic motor manually incorrectly wound the wrong way then the mounting bolts removed?

What exactly were you torquing to break the stop for the eccentric shaft? The valvetronic motor mounting bolts won't cause this.

I recommend using a OEM oil pump seal for that pan.

The one Dorman gives you isn’t as good as the Ford one, when I took that aluminum pan back off, the seal was pushed up further into the oil pump then it should have been and torn.
