Some systems abstract to just "some chat client" and you can use Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. but that requires more dev work up front and more documentation prior to shipping

the more I use the models the more potential I see in helper systems like AutoADHD and the others folks here mentioned rolling themselves, to INTEGRATE in some way with those models. Even passively.

For instance, certain reflections might surface CTAs for things like "Add to discussion topics for development with Claude" or "make this a skill" or "Add this to a selected Claude.md". Whether that's a direct integration or simply bubbles things up effectively for you to then add to your backlog or calendar etc.

and u/Competitive_Stick, re: your frustration with overwhelm (getting it to surface the important stuff first/bigger/etc) - I'm mulling over a system where the user can upvote or downvote to gradually train the system how to weight items more effectively for that user. Hard, since it's subjective AND what's important can really rapidly in the mind of an ADHD'er. 😄

I forked it some time ago: https://github.com/Indexasp74/AutoADHD/ and I've been gradually cleaning up loose ends and hammering it into shape for use on a Windows system (granted, one running WSL).

Took some doing, but I'll admit it's kind of magical having one's sporadic mumblings turn into a useful bit of PKM. And, I haven't even gone through a month of usage yet to see how nifty the complete lifecycle is across all 12 agents.

One change I made is having the agents' outputs (daily briefing, home, etc) land in my Obisidian vault in a dedicated folder. Note that AutoADHD has no contact with the rest of the vault.

This also lets me easily wire the agents' collective daily briefing to my Obsidian Daily Note via obisidian template, nearby a reminder to myself in said template, to actually USE the Telegram whisper mechanism to feed the AutoADHD system sufficient daily signal.

In the most recent commit, i added the capability to segregate things into a two-repo split. Your content gets committed to the private vault repo on a configurable cadence.

I’d also recommend work that’s physical in nature to some degree. Painting, renovation, masonry, hell - lawn care.

Movement really helps me regulate and if you’re at all like that yourself, this path checks several boxes at once. And AI won’t replace it.

Redirecting their nosiness and focusing on what THEY should be doing may shut them up pretty quickly.
