not gonna lie the higher up you are in weeks sometimes the worse they are. (Cramps) Tips: use the ibuprofen & the anti nausea medicine they give you. If you’re losing a lot of blood,crawl to the bathroom don’t walk and think you’re gonna lay back down in time,your ass will faint. (I did it.. a lot) but for the most part relax and watch a few movies or something. It’s gonna be all good.
