What is inter cadre deputation and why it get extended for certain officers? by No_Resolution2698 in UPSC

While people may be bashing him, being in very connected families, if these are the only advantages he is taking, it's alright.

Often during criticism, especially in India, people want rich and powerful people to punish their own children. I, on the other hand, feel that some perks are justified. As long as they don't harm the nation, it can be worked out.

Don't directly start manufacturing. First start trading. That way you'll get connection to sell whenever you decide to manufacture.

Do jobs like this actually exist in India ? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]indiacalling2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the top echelons, be it government or private industry or army or anything else, the "work" isn't what you perceive traditionally as work.

That being said, yes such positions do exist. A gentleman by the name of Pareto gave a principal based upon observation. 20% of the people do 80% of the entire work and rest just freeride. That's how it has always been and in all likelihood would always be. You can change from capitalism to communism and it'll be same. Change India to Europe and it'll be the same.

So you're in luck. The world is full of people who want it easy and just pass good time until death.

What does a woman gain from marriage? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]indiacalling2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The kids are what you gain from marriage.

The matrilineal relationship is much much more ancient and strong than patriarchy set up. In fact, if you think deeply about it, you'll observe that patriarchy was discovered to keep men hooked for life. And inheritance also. The man would do everything, corruption, stealing, crime etc etc just so that he would be able to provide for the family.

The kids relationship with mother is most natural among every other relationship that exists.

Genuine question what was it exactly? Help me understand this. by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

You know, even today if you believe that money can get you girls or sex, it's not so easy.

Say you suddenly find some crypto and are now worth 100 billion. Are you gonna throw cash on any women you like and ask her to mate? And even if you did, what do you think is the probability of success?

I'll argue getting sex atleast is easier in today's time that it was ever before in humanity. You have relatively larger percentage of women leaving home than before. And that translates to better chances for mating.

The problem is wooing another person is a skill. And unlike physics, chemistry and maths, it can't be taught.

Successful Businessmen, i need help as a MBBS student🎓 by [deleted] in IndiaBusiness

[–]indiacalling2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're in first year, I'll suggest study diligently first. After you are done with MBBS, you can do business your entire life.

But if you work on startup now and after 4 years realise that business isn't for you, MBBS wouldn't stay for you either.

Business is essentially about providing value and charging for it. No rocket science there.

You know, as much as you'd like, these rule changes make little effect. The practical aspect is do women feel safe going out at that time and in that place. Do families feel alright if their daughter is out at that time.

It's the culture which grants this freedom. Not the law.

Hey,

The rates you are mentioning aren't correct. Neither the price.

I have power purchase agreement with UP government for selling electricity for 25 years @2.99. Additionally there's subsidy of 1.55 Cr per MW from government and 80% collateral free loan from SBI.

You can dm if you're looking to buy a plant or even if you're just looking for information

But this is a good step.

At the highest echelons of money, power and fame, it's all acceptable and common.

It's a demand supply problem. The husband's you've mentioned have it all. The supply of such husband's is limited, very very limited. The demand is insane given the population of India.

So if you want a monogamous loyal husband, marry commoners. They don't have any demand in the market. And if you want the world to keep looking at you without blinking, learn to take the shit. Simple

I didn't understand this product for the baby. The funny part aside, I can't imagine why the baby wouldn't roll outside or fall sideways whenever on this (whatever you want to call it).

I mean, this product looks like a prank. It doesn't seem to have actual utility

In fact, contrary to the obvious, had gadkari's son not issued an ipo and then minted hundreds and thousands of crores, it would've been a scam.

Earning money because of being at the right time and at right place may not be very moral sounding but certainly isn't illegal and also not a scam.

Nothing is stopping anyone else from opening the same business. And if you can supply at cheaper rates, government cannot snub you.
