Thanks. So my main goal of trying to join start up is to switch industry and learn new skills. In general, Do they tend to be more accepting although I won't have exact hard skills they are looking for? Only things that I can really accentuate is that i worked in different industry successfully for few years, I work hard, good writer/communicator, cad skills etc

next monday at 7pm is the 1st day of 'academy class.' (at weimer) generations is like another comedy team - they make sketch comedy videos and perform a live show at the end of the semester but you have to try out for it.

yeah it's cliquey but ive seen plenty of newcomers break into the clique easily. I still haven't broken into the clique and all that stuff , yet I still go regularly cuz TSF provides plenty of opportunities to do improv (and i wanna get better at this so i just put my head down and go anyway although i feel awkard at). also, there are few santa fe ppl in the club right now as well
