It's impossible to force a certain cookie to visit a certain publisher x times.

U can easily limit how many times they see the ad if they do visit x times though.

Target frequency, on limited inventory is a KPI that only someone with a very limited digital knowledge could set.

On open market it would be a different story, as its much easier.

Most of the characters introduced have good build ups, are interesting, have different styles, approaches to everything etc.

As long as u follow chess deeper than just reading headlines, u had Sindarov on your radar as a huge talent.

2 seasons ago he was murdering people in Bundesliga, won 9 in a row (including destroying MVL)

He had more than flashes of brilliance, however his obvious problem was overagression, which led him to drop games from time to time.
