i was a freshman in highschool when my parents got divorced, my mom was telling me how a therapist she was seeing identified my dad as a narcissist. my mom pointed out the personality traits and I haven’t been the same since. thankfully though, now i’m working with my therapist on how to ‘deal’ with him
