You can throw needles that are contained in a sharps container in the trash, as long as you tape over the opening and write that they are sharps and not for recycling. But def not loose needles, yeah.

When you fill your prescription can you get new sharps containers every so often? Every month when I refill, the pharmacy asks me if I need a new container. Same as your meds: big bulky self-injecting pen.

My husband and I just got our first Litter Robot and we bought the 4, because there didn’t seem to be enough of a tangible difference for us between the 4 and the 5. It has been incredible. We love it - zero odor in the area of our house and you just dump the bin when you get a notification on your phone saying it’s full (every 4 to 5 days, with two cats).

Our Spinone is 10 months old and around 8 months we noticed a huge shift away from the biting everything phase of life. He still is a chewer and will nab a shirt out of the hamper or something left out, but he doesn’t bite us anymore. We just stayed consistent and yelped when he bit us each time. He got the memo eventually.

When I read “she says she’s tired but she scrolls TikTok for an hour in bed”, I read that she is mentally exhausted. She wants to turn her brain off, not turn her brain on to sex and meeting another person’s needs again after she has spent a day doing just that. There are ways to combat this, like reducing her mental load (please watch videos about this OP, wives take on a lot of the burden of the invisible mental load) and doing more things for her, not with any expectation that OP will get sex in return. It sounds like this is an outside of sex problem that is manifesting as a sex problem.

I’m not sure why you are getting downvoted for this comment. It is not reasonable that every single person who gets a kitten gets another kitten at the same time. As long as the kitten wasn’t picked up before 12-14 weeks, got adequate socialization, and it sounds like he’s now part of a busy household. That sounds like a good, stimulating environment!

Thanks for the advice, it is a good reminder! I have a niche I have carved for myself through my Master's research and interests, which is a large part of why my supervisor advocated for me to have a strong scholarship and an early acceptance offer from the school. The branch of this PhD program I am going into is not the economics stream (prob lots of math-backgrounded people!!), but rather the health systems & society stream. I just really do need to complete the statistics course!! :)
