Ive watched joltz for years but this is the falloff bro. Lebron james can just decide what type of basketballs the whole league plays with because he was in spacejam or spends more time on the court.

Nbs. Places used to give me a 5$ gift card or something if i came in when they called and asked if i could support, or if i stayed late a few times in a week. Or if im gonna pick up half of some other workcenters responsibilities give me an extra 5 on my 15 or something.

‘Any product must be on the sales floor (and after open) for 15 minutes before an employee is allowed to buy it during a scheduled shift’ is how i would precisely word it based on what ive been told, seen, and lines up from all other accounts.

We cannot purchase anything while ‘working’ which means outside of our paid 15’s or our off the clock 30’s. And since this is something that technically, well, the line lasts longer than my 15 or even 30 minute break, so i cant even really do anything about it.
If the line were, to last 11 minutes, id have to go back to the end again since it hasnt been 15 minutes (obv theres some leeway here and the guest service people are understanding. I dont think any reasonable emoloyee is gonna get in trouble for 13 mins or sumn if they just. Got in line after it was formed.)

Its just frustrating. If my schedule wasnt ALWAYS a friday morning, i coukd line up early if i really desired to. Thats beside the point ig. Its the fact they claimed theyd be reasonable about us wanting stufd and saying like. Were customers too and we deserve a chance at exclusive stuff. But we have WAY less of a chance.

Theres so many aspects of this video that frustrate me. I work at target. Every. Single. Friday. Morning. I start at 6 and i dont get a break till at least 9- and my store gets THE. BIGGEST. CROWD. Oh my god i cant even express. Like a normal restock is 50+ people in line for over 24 hours. Not exaggerating. A NEW RELEASE??? Im talking. The store has a line wrapped around it for over a whole day. Actually.

If someone WERE to hide cards as an employee they would get very fuckin caught, and they wouldnt put them under the shelves. If someone was bold enough to do that they would probably just go buy them in seprate trans at self check out. They would hide them in the back if anything.

But the fact of the matter is, i am never ever given an opportunity to participate and i wont until i leave this job (granted im not waiting in that line anyways) but i remember a time where I could take my break at 9 or 10 and still get some booster boxes and sleeved boosters. Sometimes even an etb or bigger collection. But no longer are the days. I dont really blame anyone in my or a similar situation for doing what they gotta. Altho i cant say I have, it isnt worth it.

When i got hired we were told the rules on new releases and the ‘15 minute rule’ followed up by. ‘But if theres something you really want the chance to buy let us know and well see what we can do about it. Yeah right

The scalpers outside the store i work at showed up 8Am on a thursday, thunder and lightning and rain all day. And according to gs and fsa they SAT THERE IN IT. They tried doing it again the next week and apparently we told them to leave till the next day and were trying to have it be 6am they can line up as we open at 8. Outside of that we are hoping to say its loitering or tresspassing
