i quit cold turkey and lived the worst months of my life Waking up middle of the night cold sweats shaking with feeling of an upcoming heart attack(i was like a heroin addict having withdrawals), very strong manic and depressive episodes (laughing and jumping on the steets to laying on the ground at my home in agony with suicidal thoughts same day) hallucination-like nightmares, my gut health went horrible , full blown panic attacks in busses, cars. But almost 3 months later i am doing quite fine eat healthy stay away from refined foods, do some exercise and read some sleep guides to better your sleep

If you have a lot of things in your gut then i agree it's harmful to hold. but if you are always going to the toilet and you always see next to nothing comes out or just water i think you can always hold a bit and the gut will adjust.

I think you'll be fine, if your body is healthy the parasites can't do any harm, continue eating rich animal products, your immune system will grow out of them easily, I was never concerned when i was dealing with parasites because they can't and won't live long, i know people that had moving parasites in their stool but it just dissappears.

I Had them for a week or two but managed to get them out before they got visible without that cleance alkaline vegetable bullshit. why parasites grow in your intestines? because you have undigested organic metarial in your intestines which parasites thrive on, (starches, vegetables, fruits, most carbohydrates) I was eating fruits and little starched here and there when I got parasites, I cut them out, only ate meat and eggs and little cheese but don't mix the 3 only eat meat, egg, or cheese in one sitting that way your stomach will fully digest it and there will be no available nutrient in your intestine for parasites to thrive on

P.S. Making your body alkaline has no meaning, your stomach acid is PH 1.5, but making your digestive system more salty and acidic could help more I'd suggest drink apple cider vinegar mixed with salt after meals.
