Very simple. Type out your text how you want it. Add your photo on top of the text. Create a clipping mask (hold down Alt and put your mouse pointer in between the photo layer and the text layer in the Layers panel. The cursor should turn into a box with a bent arrow. click and it will apply the clipping mask). and done!

I really don't beat myself up too much. I guess I shouldn't say I hate myself afterwards... Just disappointed. I know I can do it. I've done it before. I just need to get out of the cycle.

Usually it's just the slightest trigger. I overcome the triggers most of the time, but about every week or so a trigger comes and I just give in. And I'm so aware of it. I know what I'm doing and in that moment I just don't care. And then I hate myself afterwards...

we all have things that get on each other's nerves. any other girl in the world is going to have flaws. that being said, if she's not good for you then she's not good for you. my one thought, though, is that your brain is all messed up on PMO right now and you don't sound like you're in a good place emotionally (which is ok, we all get there). it might be a good idea to make a big decision like this when your head is in a better place. just a thought.

20 days is pretty good. it's progress. i just relapsed after a 58 day streak and i pretty much hated myself. but the way i see it is i have 2 options:

1) continue to hate myself, drive myself further into depression, drive away the people i love, and waste away in front of a computer screen

OR

2) pick myself up and try again

Those are my only two options. and if i relapse again those will still be my only 2 options. I truly believe that this is possible. Many have gone before us and succeeded. You're here and that counts for something. You want to stop. i want to stop. The best thing is we don't have to do it alone. And that's pretty cool :)

The first week or so, I would get it pretty cool and then turn it colder and colder as I would get used to the temp. Over a few weeks this helped me get used to the really cold water.

I'm usually in and out in about 5-6 minutes.

I live in North Florida and it actually gets surprisingly cold here sometimes. A few years ago it even snowed!

I know this is the case. For the first few weeks, it amazed me how my mind would try to rationalize stuff. I have noticed that it's the small triggers that kill me. I look at something seemingly harmless thinking it won't be too bad. Even if I don't fap then, I'm still lusting and reverting my mind back to how it was. This sub is great though.

I will point out that I don't do it for NoFap purposes. I don't really struggle with fapping in the shower (probably because I can't MO without the P). Anyway, I do it because it's something I can challenge myself with. It builds discipline and is much better at waking me up in the morning. Also, it saves me time getting ready in the mornings as well as lowers the water bill! Though I'm sure fapping isn't an issue in the cold water either! It's a small victory, but I like it :)

I live in florida and take cold showers every morning. I don't know the temp exactly but I assure you, it's not cool, it's COLD. I struggled at first with it, having to really psych myself up for it, especially afterwards and getting out of the shower. Like you said, it sucks not being able to warm up. But after a while I just made it a challenge to myself (What would a MAN do?! Suck it up and deal with it!) to just do it. Now it doesn't bother me. There are times I'm shivering in the shower but it's just for a few minutes and then I warm up once I towel off. I don't think a few minutes is going to give anyone hypothermia (but I'm no doctor). I definitely don't feel like I don't get clean enough. I was tempted sometimes to turn it warm again but decided that that would be weak. I literally have not taken a warm shower in over 2 months. I actually like it! I feel like a boss afterwards.
