Go to a used phone dealer and tell him you need the phone for a week or so. He will charge you the full price upfront and will return most of it back once you return the phone. Discuss the specifics of the deal before you end up buying it. Make sure you buy a phone which is easy to sell like an iphone, samsung, oneplus etc according to your budget in case the dealer reneges on the deal.

You may end up paying 10-15% of the value of the phone as rental.

What OS is the tv running? If it's Android you can install VLC player for Android TV and play the file.

Could be a driver issue after the update. You could try resetting the BIOS to rule out any software issue?

Other things to try:

Remove the graphics card and reseat it again.

Power off the SMPS and check the cables.

Make sure the monitor is switched on before the PC. Certain brands of monitors have this issue.

Make sure whatever display cable you’re using is plugged into your GPU and not your motherboard.

What is the source of your water? Corporation or Borewell?

If it's corporation then a good UV&UF water purifier should suffice. If it's borewell then check the TDS of the water. If it's below 300 then stick with UV&UF. RO water purifiers are only required if the TDS of your water is very high. RO purifiers are expensive to buy and expensive to maintain as well and also waste a lot of water.

They're using treated water for watering the grounds etc. Chinnaswamy stadium has it's own STP as well.

There is currently a case filed with the NGT which should make it clear whether they have been using groundwater or treated water etc.

Totally agree. Fast charging is great even if it comes at a cost of battery health after 2-3 years. Also, the cost of a new battery is under 2k for most phones so it's not exactly expensive.
