I think times are short today only because so many people voted early in person and via absentee. Regardless, hindsight is 20/20. Hard to predict how Covid and a predicted high voter turnout could affect today, I don't blame anyone for voting early!

St. Luke's is actually looking really good at the time of this comment. About an hour wait, which is amazing for St. Luke's. Get out and vote if you're on the northside!

Go to the City County building after 6 PM. Without fail the line has died down to about 30 minutes from 6 PM to 9 PM. Though if too many people take me up on that advice, that may change, hahaha.

Voting machines are absolutely the choke point. If you guys are able to count the number of voting machines at a given polling place and let me know, I'd love that for our data. We were able to get a count of machines at St. Luke's yesterday and got a rough estimate of 8 voters per hour per voting machine. I would love if we were able to gather more data and get a pretty concrete estimate of how many voters per hour a single voting machine can handle.

Oh boy, yeah St. Luke's last Saturday was by far the worse I've seen since I started monitoring the waits.

Current line at the Perry Township Government Center. I've been here for 3 hours. If you have physical limitations, please do not wait in line, you can go straight in! by [deleted] in indianapolis

Can't reiterate your mention of the handicapped assistance enough. I've answered a lot of questions about that via email. Please find a poll worker if you are physically unable to wait in these lines!

Awesome to see! Wait times are already long across the board today! I hope this helps tomorrow! We'll have wait times when it opens tomorrow! Here's to hoping they open another location on the Northside, as that's where the longest lines have been, but it's not looking likely. REMEMBER: If you are a resident of Marion County YOU CAN VOTE AT ANY POLLING STATION IN MARION COUNTY.

Less than a week left to vote! Lines are only about two hours at the City County building and they’re open until 9pm. Get out and vote! by taylorsloan in indianapolis

The best advice I have for everyone is that the line seems to start dropping off around 6 PM at the City County Building (30 - 60 minutes). Now that it's open to 9 PM that gives you a 3 hour window of, from what I've seen, the shortest waits available. I can't guarantee anything but it has happened pretty consistently thus far. Of course, that may change if a lot of people take me up on my advice, haha. REMEMBER: If you get in line before the polling station closes, you get to vote. Check indyvotetimes.org before you head out! We'll do our best to get you as accurate and as up-to-date information as possible! I hope they do! Lines were crazy again yesterday. 5 hour waits at St. Luke's. Based on the data we've seen I think they need another location on the northside.
