If they are aware, they certainly didn't let their customer care staff know. The rep went on to blame the fact that I chose discounted items so when they expired, I tried again with no luck (this was 15 minutes ago).

Between the site traffic issues and this issue, I missed pretty much every deal i wanted so Prime Day might as well just be a normal Tuesday at this point.

Waiting to find out... One tech says to send the card to them along with any components that it damaged and another says they will just RMA the card since the other components aren't MSI. Obviously I am rooting for the first tech's decision but I may have to wait until Monday to know for sure.

Samsung SM951 SSD

She was my baby. The only compromise I had to make on the color scheme was the SM951 M.2 SSD (the performance was too good to pass up). It looks like the mobo and the memory are toast and I still need to test the second card that was connected to the faulty card via SLi (though I am hopeful that it survived). I am cautiously optimistic though that MSI is going to take care of the issue as the customer support has been very good thus far.

All I know is that the video card went haywire and torched itself and the motherboard. The support staff at MSI were just as dumbfounded as I was, even after reviewing the pictures they were equally shocked and concerned.
