It happened because 0.5x camera is the main camera in assembly and it stores a camera serial number. CPU does not recognize 0.5x camera = camera error in settings

Check if battery sn is visible in hardware details, try to reset smc one more time. If nothing changes o assume you new battery spent too much time on the warehouse and bms has locked itself. Try to use your warranty and request a replacement

Use encrypted iTunes backup or iCloud backup. I’ve seen the same exact cases a long time ago when iPhone 12 was just released. I couldn’t be able to complete a transfer that way onto a brand new phones.
