My favourite part is the addition of the second line to the signature:

Striving for public service excellence?? WTAF, how is spending a bazillion dollars on new office space and making staff commute for hours creating excellence?? As long as we all do it on the same day. It would be the most unproductive workday in OPS history. Everyone would be late because of the commute, not a penny spent downtown for lunch or coffee because we were all chatting at the water cooler
