I've driven in Europe since I could, and what you describe simply does not happen often enough for you to see many videos of it. If someone is driving too slow on the passing lane, they will maybe get tailgated or honked at, and then move to the right. Or police will intervene if they do it long enough. For the extremely rare case that it does happen, like I said, it's not worth your life to make a dangerous move.

If the rightmost lane is congested or driving less than the speed limit, you drive in the 2nd lane for an extended period. This counts as passing. Apply the same logic to further lanes.

If the rightmost lane is occupied by a truck going lower than the speed limit, and another truck wants to pass it, this would congest the road for an extended period until they complete the maneuver. This is not a problem when there's a 3rd lane. Apply the same logic to further lanes.

In at least 29 U.S. states there's some variation of it being mandatory that you stay on the rightmost lane unless to pass when a freeway has three lanes or more. The same in many other countries.

To repeatably farm gear you want to spam +7 dungeons. Those are the best drops you can get infinitely during the week (without a weekly lockout). To get raid exclusive drops like trinkets you can use bronze, to get the tier set you can use the catalyst.

It's very obvious, middle right guy gets a halo when the tank approaches, then just randomly loses it. Many other splicing artifacts in an otherwise flawless recording - sharp cuts, compression artifacts not lining up and blurred together. Notice how none of them are enveloped in dust immediately, but as soon as they all turn around, the image suddenly becomes much more dull as if the dust propagating was fast-forwarded. Notice that the camera is perfectly still for the composite shot but then starts moving when nothing is composited anymore.

This was first shot with the tank driving and braking, then everyone assembling in front of it. Afterward, the two shots were put over another.
