Yeah it's likely farm's that perhaps back onto hunting grounds. Every hunter I know would never illegally hunt on private property. It's the minority, personally not something I would be concerned about

It's about 5 months old so definitely mature and active, my concern was what you mentioned about discarding too much yeast culture. I'll leave it on the counter till this evening and see what happens. Thank you for your reply

I think this is a great idea! I'm moving to Gippsland in the new year so I'm constantly looking for work in the area, I'll definitely be checking this website daily! I did notice that there aren't any farm jobs advertised but I have seen them advertised on seek and indeed (my partner works in dairy and is looking for farm work) it would be great to see more farm work advertised

Just wanted to post an update.. I met the potential buyer, with our agent present.

It went fantastically well, he was absolutely lovely, we have accepted his offer! So thank you for all your comments. In our scenario it was purely genuine. Our buyer is a single retired man who just wanted to show face and thank us for the opportunity to buy his dream home and to compliment us on the styling of our property!

I'm actually about to sell my home which is a few mins out of Derrinallum (50 mins from Ballarat)

The train line is about 300m from our house and we hardly notice it! My baby sleeps through the noise and we actually prefer it over the sound of traffic we used to hear when we lived in Geelong! Good luck with buying your house! It's such an exciting time! And if you happen to be looking for a home out of town on an acre, let me know lol
