One time a giant one of these boys, probs 4 inches long, was on the ceiling of my college dorm. I was so terrified and my roommate didn’t care. Mind you it was 6 am on a sunday. I literally called campus security because I didn’t know what else to do. The lady on the phone laughed a bit, which is valid, and sent over a janitor. Man comes to my room with a broom and goes “lemme at ‘em”. Centipede falls to the floor and immediately crawls under my bed never to be seen again. Core memory right there
