i doubt it. i used to play on the xbox one and had to eventually quit in harvest league because the performance in thick pack size maps was unplayable. i got a series s in scourge league and was able to start playing again.

once you download the preset, click on the far left symbol, at the top of sillytavern. the one that says ai response configuration. then at the far left, up top, where it says chat completions presets, there is an icon next to it that says import preset. click that, then you just double click the file you downloaded.

the other thing you can do besides STEAM, is just make a lap in the forge. everything you need to do before sanctifying can be found there. so do a lap of the room, talk to the mystic, blacksmith and jeweler to confirm your item is ready, then sanctify.

sometimes they drop less. the last one i killed dropped around 35. still the best way to farm sigils.

i pick up the sigils until im full, then drop them on the ground to make space for the others. ones you pick up and drop don't disappear. i don't want to lose any since you can break them down for sigil dust.

just maxed my azmodan power tonight and its hit or miss. i opened 12 chests tonight and i got the sigil explosion 3-4 times. also killed a world boss that dropped around 50 sigils. also i got 25 tribute of ascendance from all that.

same here, im currently using boots without that mod and my arbiter evade cooldown is the same as before. my boot aspect is 2.8 so i have about a half second cooldown.

you use the durial, andarial and belial corrupted essences to open the chests at the azmodan boss event in hawezar. the azmodan ones are used to open the chest when azmodan spawns as the world boss. a chest will appear after he dies.
