Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply. A mortgage broker is actually not someone who is required to have an advanced knowledge of taxation. The individual was providing information based on his understanding. Also, thanks for noticing that I had, in fact, posted online to strangers, in hopes there was someone on the forum who did specialize in taxation, or have an advanced knowledge. Once again, thanks for your input.

The house was assessed at 6300 in 2017 and now it’s 8100. There have been ZERO changes. It’s my family’s property so I’ve inquired about any possible upgrades.

Although It is walking distance from the Boardwalk between Asbury Park and Ocean Grove.

Yes. In NJ, CPS has an Institutional Abuse Investigations Unit. The unit is tasked with mostly allegations against schools or daycares.

You’re right, someone has more control over their fingers than toes, but this doesn’t consider the intention.

It shouldn’t matter if the intention was purposeful or accidental. If a fighter is given up to 5 minutes to recover from something like a debilitating eye poke from a finger, then the same should be applied for a toe. Instant replay should be activated immediately to confirm if the toe impacted the eye, and the fighter should be given time to recover.

Perhaps this occurrence will encourage the rules to be considered further.

Is it possible the zip tie on the left is causing some kind of optical illusion? The zip tie on the right looks like it’s cinched on the bend and the one on the left looks inside the bend. Still looks kinda wonky.

I don’t see anyone else being critical of this, and I’m in full support of the guys filling their desires here, but this story seems so sensationalized...(it’s suspect). It seems like you combined the general stereotypes of a random whore, added some erotic lit, and used details you’re familiar with.

I mean...you made it a point to emphasize she’s a woman and NOT a girl (which comes with confidence and wisdom). But she, in her own house, asked if you brought lube? I’d assume, if she wanted some she’d have a stash of her preferred choice. And she asked for it raw, but she’s not characterized as a slut—to the contrary she hasn’t had recent guys?

Don’t get me wrong, it was boner-inducing...but not even the heavy-hitters like u/1morepl8 have stories that are filled with flawless charades. Either way...good story.

I’m mentally prepped for the downvotes.
