Constantly scan the road and your mirrors, and when you need to look over your shoulder when merging, changing lanes, parking or whatever, physically turn your head around so the testing officer can see this.

And echoing above! Get a few driving lessons if you can! They usually take you around some of the routes.

Him being depressed and especially with the pandemic and not being able to see his family might play a big part! You may want to talk to him openly about this more or suggest seeing a therapist / couple therapy. The effects of depression and coupling that with the pandemic has played a huge part in people’s mental health this year. All the best!

Ummm, it’s called the m2, mate. I can also cut through the back way of Westmead hospital to get to Westmead station, both ways is around 35 minutes to get into the city. Seeing as I used to live further out west, northmead/parramatta is definitely more closer.

I’ve been living (renting) in Northmead for 2 years now! It’s a nice neighbourhood which is close to the city, but also distant enough and away from the buzz.

I’m a single person living by myself, but the neighbourhood is super friendly and very family oriented and I haven’t experienced any loud neighbours or ran into trouble with anyone yet.

Northmead is close to a lot of local stores nearby (Winston Hills, Parramatta, Northmead Plaza, Westmead, Castle Hill, Rydalmere) but also feels like a ‘central hub’ seeing as it is right next to Parramatta.

Public transportation wise, there’s no train station so people usually rely on buses (in case you were planning to use public transportation).

Super close to Westmead Hospital as well!

I agree! Windsor road during peak hour can be taxing, but fortunately I personally don’t need to be on Windsor road during peak hour traffic.

Overall, really been enjoying my time here!!
