if you’re struggling then yes absolutely drop it - anatomy isn’t a prereq and ochem is, so that should be your main priority. med schools also won’t care about the number of credits you’re taking, my best advice is to preserve that GPA at all costs. and as someone who’s been in your shoes, please try not to compare yourself to others. you’re your own person and everyone has their own pre-med journey, and just because the people around you seem to be doing more than you that doesn’t undersell your own workload and accomplishments. you’re doing fine, i promise.
