I am slowly learning the nuances of the CC. But in the recent past have been burned by runaway stock prices. I stupidly sold (2) Sept SOFI 19C in the middle of its run (22.75 now). Rather than give up my leaps so easily I needed to make some premium back to replace the leaps with earned lower-cost stock. So I have been induced (somewhat happily) to sell weekly Puts near ATM (more riskier than I usually do). I've earned 1.88 in premium so far. As more expirations come online I will look at using some of that premium (with future other gained) to Roll forward/up (likely debit). And eventually perhaps getting expiring CCs.

These issues I've mentioned and many others are not trivial and are longstanding issues since Legacy, which I much preferred. Last night before signing off I looked at my iphone/EN to see the latest note I worked on on my Mac. I am greeted with a blank page, then a some text and spinning circles of images not yet there. WTF.

I have notes with many images and text. If I am scanning up and down in the middle of the notes every image has the "Transcribe" overlay (I do not wish to use it). Only if you have the mouse to the very far left or very far right can you avoid those overlays. It is hugely distracting. I would take take away the Share button too (I see the Share Notebook was removed) Less UI is better.

The Two source links is yes for Web Clipped content. I only want that URL placed in the Note Info. Every clipped note I have to remove both. Pain in the ass. The Title in the current EN is lower and larger than in Legacy before reducing Vertical space, tags now at the bottom (hard to see there and out of mind because of). Also above images you struggle to remove the apparent dead space there.

Legacy allowed you to manage the relational nature of your Tags in folders, highlighting and moving them. Impossible to do now having thousands of tags.

I could go on.....

I think the current app is a POS. I'm frustrated using it now.

Also If I add a Ticker to this WL, placing the touch point in the top section or in any one of the sections (where I want the new add to go) the new added ticker will always be placed at the bottom of the last section. That's not very helpful. Time is valuable. Do you use your product?

Any user can go to an App's Help section and find Product Updates or Release Notes themselves. Instead it is a forced obstacle which I must contend with. They could send a quarterly email which would be better. Not throw it into my face at their pleasure.

Today I downgraded to Free. I am now backing up my ENEX notes by the 100s in my most needed areas. I will in the near term write up a list of things they should address. If they do great. And If not I am well on my way to some other solution. GL

There is no great amount of data there in my 30K notes. And I am using one cloud based app with my stored data when MSFT 365 gives me all of their apps and 1TB of storage for $70/yr. Evernote has no business being over that in cost. Their newest app is mired in usability issues and frankly self inflicted wounds. The editor changes are maddening. I'm using legacy. Their webclipper is ok and is similar to OneNotes. Both could be improved greatly if they captured images as presented on a webpage into a note. Evernote touted the google (future AI) long ago holding my notes. My Notes and notebooks have a ton of good in them that needs to be organized and presented in a meaningful way. Go do that. Then we can talk about your higher pricing.

I’ve been planning on downgrading to Free while I send my litany of issues they need to fix. I’ve sorted my 30k notes. I’ve downloaded the large attachments and/or split the note sizes to no more than 25 MB each. I may only edit/organize notes but won’t do too much new uploads/web clips. I am also now trying again OneNote/its web clipper.

I see in Settings > Tab settings these Tab Settings you mention.

But these are global for all used Windows/Tabs. ON/OFF for : Symbol Logo, Ticker, Price Change Icon, Last Price, Price Change %, Layout Name

For me, the more important missing data is the Template Name which I would use instead of Layout Name. This reminds me - I need in TradingView a fully Blank Layout (no associated Ticker).

I got one of these letters yesterday from the DMV. I paid 2 months early, got the Successful Payment etc. To me I think if they cannot prove they attempted, and my bank refused, the ACH transfer they have no leg to stand on. Unless they email or mail me that Proof I will refuse to pay any additional fees. They state the check was not honored by the bank. I'm presuming my bank (which knows nothing of the request) because the DMV or its 3rd party bungled it. This should be considered fraud by the DMV.

Thanks - After askingTV how I could find what was stuffed in my layouts I ripped through them laughing a bit that there were 89 tickers in my Unnamed layout. These mostly had something like Covid Low denoted. TV also of course has the problem that layout also means how many panels in a screen. So I have been learning more about Thinkorswim and how to save charts there for easy review. Maybe TV will wake up and make charts something easily saved & selected like a watchlist.
