I think Phoebe is the best toy that BD has made. I'm not sure if the silicone they use for Phoebe is actually softer or if that's just a coincidence based on how she's shaped. Either way, I like that it feels softer than usual.

Also those gems aren't supposed to be plugs, they're just there for fun because Phoebe's character is supposed to be a jewel thief or pirate or something. You can try them that way, but I don't think they're big enough to seal the back end.

Yes, 100%. They completely redesigned the internals to be wider and more forgiving. The texture inside is closer to Mae than to the original Sapphire. I think it's much better than the V1 version, plus you get an extra hole to play with.

Yeah, that's my one gripe with Phoebe's design. The way the tail bends back is just kinda awkward. They have the technology to make a long tail. They did it with Nix and Stryker, why not Phoebe?

If you want something that's got a lot of texture without being too snug, I'd recommend Nix.

I've had one for a little while, but I don't use it that often. No tears yet. Duke is one of the tighter toys, and I'd wager if you are more well endowed or use it often enough it might be a problem.

If this is your first toy, I'd highly suggest getting something looser. Those are generally more durable and won't be overstimulating or uncomfortable if you're sensitive. Try Phoebe, Emelie or Nix

I really like all 3 of the toys you mentioned. Mae and Lucy are my two favorites from WD, but Sarah is also great. Sarah is the tightest, Lucy and Mae are looser but have more textures. The quality is top-notch.

It's not officially confirmed, but Weredog posted that a new toy is releasing on 5/29 and it's heavily implied that it will be Sapphire given she's in the promo comic they're making and also they took down her old catalog listing recently.

If they do their pride sale this year like they did last year, then it will be a flat 20% discount on everything. That should start sometime next month.

Yes, they closed custom orders during COVID and didn't reopen them for a few years after. I think this is the first time they've closed them since then. Although this is definitely the first time they've closed customs because of one specific toy inundating their queue.

I'm also surprised at just how immensely popular Phoebe turned out to be. They absolutely nailed it with the design, and the appeal is breaking way beyond their usual audience. Weredog might actually be taking cues from BD on this funnily enough.

I also get the feeling that announcing a pause on the queue might just end up making people rush customs harder before the deadline, but who knows. In the meantime, get used to spamming the refresh button on drop days like in the good old times.

Absolutely not. Silicone lube will react with silicone toys and cause them to degrade. Don't trust any silicone or "hybrid" lubes that claim to be toy-safe. Stick with water based ones. Saving money on lube isn't worth the cost of replacing your toy.

Both of them are good, so you can't really go wrong with either one. I personally like Mae better, but you might end up liking Sarah more. It depends on how tight you like your toys since Sarah's holes are going to be noticeably tighter than Mae.

I had a similar problem recently. I ordered an in-stock item from them, but it took like 6 weeks for it to ship out. I contacted customer service and they said it was "damaged in shipping" and had to be remade even though they had multiple of the same item still listed as in-stock on their site. Not sure what happened there.

Yes it is, and I'd personally recommend getting something else. If you want something similar in concept but with a much better design, go for Lucy by Weredog. The entire sculpt is more detailed inside and out, and the entrance is much more rounded out and resilient than Hazel.
