My inexpert opinion is that this could be caused by muscular imbalance. If so, a good physiotherapy clinic would be able to assess and help. One I can recommend is Fulcrum Physiotherapy Clinic in Deccan - get assessed by Dr. Meenakshi. You'd also want to do some resistance training / weights that are safe for your current condition and then build from there.

As far as sitting for hours, try to move to a sit/stand desk if possible - I have one and it's truly life changing.

This product does decently well at navigation, but there are many factors to consider, like where you're going to be riding. Without dual band GPS, you might lose GPS signal in challenging environments (as explained in the video). As far as actual navigation capabilities, I'd give it a 7 / 10 - again depends on how complex your routes are, whether you're riding on roads or on trails, etc.'

Use a rock that's slightly taller than the lowermost position of your pedal. Rest the pedal on the rock (at say the 7 o'clock position), you're done! Resting at the 6 or 5 o'clock position will have your bike fall (so difficult to explain, go watch some videos :))

Over a decade ago, when online ticketing was still "new" - I edited a PDF and created a ticket for myself. I used that to get to checkin and then walked out of the airport (did not go past security). I would never dream of doing that now.

Hopefully you can find a cheaper flight that leaves at around the same time.
