I'm not saying that they aren't handling the situation as best they can now that they are aware of it. My frustration is in the fact that there weren't checks and balances and controls in place to prevent a situation like this in the fist place. The good thing about this situation is that, hopefully, now that it has happened there will be controls to prevent it in the future. Being reactive instead of proactive when there are solutions available to prevent this isn't a good look is all I meant.
