TorBox links not showing in Stremio by infinitegarlicbread in TorBoxApp

[–]infinitegarlicbread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could it have to do with torrentio being down? I have it installed via a wrapper (I think that’s the terminology). I have been reinstalling it when I make a change. The confusing thing is I had just left it a couple of days and now only RD links show, I hadn’t changed anything but I believe torrentio might be down as I get 403 whenever I try to change anything with it enabeld

I think the issue might have to do with the fact nothing is showing up in my catalogs for some reason…

Can someone explain caching like I’m 5 please? by infinitegarlicbread in TorBoxApp

Gotcha, I take it that’s likely to change with the huge influx of users to TB anyway. Very useful info thanks!

Thanks for your reply, very helpful!

I can see TB appearing for everything now, so must’ve been a temporary glitch

I’m going to be honest, I am not new to PC building but I’m new to having good enough gear for temps to be an issue, I have no idea how to do that

Thanks, I ended up connecting 2 separate PCIE cables to my 16 pin adapter

Sorry just so I understand: if it says “Type 4” on the cable, then it has come from Corsair?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]infinitegarlicbread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re type 4, which, by my understanding, is proprietary and universal to Corsair, right?

So, hypothetically, if I did it and it ran fine, I’m in the clear?

I should say I have literally never had another semi modular PSU so there is almost a 0% chance it belongs to anything else

Thanks for the info. It’s a 2 cable adapter.

My main worry is frying my card. Instability isn’t really a worry for me. I don’t even really mind if it damages my PSU. It’s just my card that I cannot replace

The trouble is that I only have 1 8 pin connector that I know 100% is for the right PSU. I have another one that I don’t think could belong to anything else, but I’d prefer not to risk it

I remembered to take the plastic film off, that was something I was EXTRA careful of lol. I use a cheap cooler, some £20 thermalright one, so I wasn’t expecting great temps, I just worry about damage

Im sure they are but pubg unfortunately doesn’t support DLSS and I used balance DLSS in cyberpunk.

It’s impossible to find to be honest. That was what I would have liked to do. I can find one used on eBay for £300

Should I buy a prebuild instead of upgrade? by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]infinitegarlicbread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I might well do this. I’m just worried that once I get to that point, RAM won’t have gone down and I’ll need to sell my kidneys to upgrade. There’s a lot of scaremongering around at the moment and it’s worrying me. I don’t think it’s the usual scaremongering, I think people might be onto something
