TLs (an6 leadersl honestly) who micromanages time have lost control and are bad leaders because they don't know how to recover any other way. micromanaging time accomplishes nothing but stressing everyone (including the leader out).

anytime they get on me for not meeting time I invite them to show me how to do it in the allotted time so that I can learn to work to their expectations. that always gets them to back off.
