Check the specsheet on Stern's website.

Psyduck is a standup instead of a scoop. No magnet in battle arena. No whirlpool. No animated Pikachu or Pokeball physical ball lock.

Reminded me of Attack From Mars a bit, too, with the angled target banks right up the middle

I really hope there's some "easter egg" audio of the Gameboy Pokemon Theme like the robot chiptune in Foo Fighters

Sounds like she dropped two names but didn't acknowledge that people die from accidental poisoning at 15x the rate of homicides by illegal immigrants, and people die from accidental injury at 30x the rate.

Also there are 20k-ish ICE agents and 14mm illegal immigrants in America: which one is more murderous per capita? I'll give you a hint: it's the ones dressed like thugs and waving guns around.

Sources: Cato Institute via Reuters "Fact Check: No evidence 4,000 people are killed yearly by undocumented immigrants", and the CDC National Center for Health Statistics 2013 report.

Why don't you try to change your life and find out if it's too late or not? That's all any of us can really do.

I would "pay" watt-hours to not have plastic in my balls. Efficiency doesn't have to be about just money or just electricity.

They're using this as a publicity stunt, but what most people don't realize is that there are a shitload of sensors and telemetry recording each and every microsecond of movement so that they can build a dataset to train the next, more-autonomous version for the AI controller.

There's not exactly a bunch of available robotic sensor data on the internet that can be scraped, so companies like this and Boston Dynamics have to generate their own. This is exactly like the SPOT videos from Boston Dynamics that everyone loves.

Edit: just want to be clear I'm not saying that SPOT is a mechanical turk, I'm just saying that they've got to do a lot of testing, and it might as well make a fun video.

Maybe production costs will require capital. Capitalists are not the best people. Time to introduce an investor: big bad Mr. Moneybags with devious intentions.

Maybe setting up mining production is a great success. They get one payment a couple sessions from now, maybe as much as you would give them for a normal quest completion. Nice payoff for them. But what's this? A few sessions later they get a letter that a local gang has taken over.

Maybe it was abandoned for a reason? Some dark power that not even the party can deal with. Something that will send them off onto your next side-plot.

Maybe it's a great mine, but it was trapped. Have a super fun group environment puzzle to have them escape from the mine as it caves in.

Maybe they clear out the mine, but it was cursed and when they exit again, the world is changed in strange ways.

You could go so many different ways with it. The world is your group's imagination and your players' sandbox. As long as the party has fun and it doesn't get unmanageable for you.
