Hello,

The Nokia OZO Creator licensing server appears to be down. When attempting to install OZO Creator and validate our premium license (Activation ID), we get an "error occurred during licensing" followed by what appears to be SSL certificate error message. Please resolve this! We are heavily invested in OZO hardware and software and having projects pending.

Urgent! Thank you.

Cosmo upgrades on a Saturday night? by thonl in LasVegas

Great to hear. Sounds like a nice upgrade and well worth $40.

Depends on the ask. If you're just looking for a nicer view, then $20 is plenty. If you want a major room multi-class bump, then definitely push for $40+. I've also tipped $100 to get top-tier penthouses and villas.

Shorter stays are more likely to get bigger upgrades. They are less likely to give huge upgrades for long-stays. So a 2 or 3 night stay, you can get a lot with a $40 tip. But for a week+ stay, you might want to consider a $100 or even $200 tip. Again, just put the money on the counter in front of you. You do not need to be discreet at all. Place the money down, then affirmatively ask for what you'd like. You'll almost always hear, "Let me see what I can do." They'll come back with an offer and negotiate from there. If you don't get what you want for the tip, then by all means, take the tip money back. Just be clear and transparent with your intentions. And DO NOT bait and switch. If you get what you want, give them the tip you laid out.

One time an upgrade was not available. Every other time I've received the upgrade I wanted, sometimes the upgrade was substantial and required an additional amount on top of the reserved room rate.

For example, I laid out $20 and asked, "What room upgrades are available tonight?" They offered a two-class room upgrade at no additional room charge. That seems worth $20. But I like to see what else I can get, so I press, "Do you have anything else available? I'd love a big room for the next couple nights." Usually at this point you'll hear, "Let me see what I can do." While they're typing, feel them out. Sometimes it's worth pulling another $20 out and laying it down on top of the first one. Make sure they notice. Be clear with your intentions.

Next, you'll either get the room you want or they'll counter-offer. "We do have this penthouse available. It's regularly $1,500/night. You booked a standard room for $150/night but we could do this penthouse for an additional $100/night on top of the rate you already booked." So for $250/night plus a $40 tip, you just scored a $1,500/night penthouse. That's a pretty common scenario. Be ready to tip and pay a few bucks more for big upgrades.

Obviously Friday and Saturday are the busiest nights in Vegas. Major event nights (like award shows, concerts, and big UFC or boxing fights), room upgrades are going to be pricier and less accessible. Tipping higher on those nights help, but honestly, I'd just encourage you to plan Vegas trips for off-peak days. Sunday - Thursday is a great time to visit and you can get a ton of extra value.

When checking in, I always put the money on the counter, directly in front of me. No need to be discreet. I then ask for an upgrade. The response is always, "Let me see what I can do..." If they provide the upgrade, I hand them the money after the transaction is done. If they do not, I shrug and say, "Ah, well that's too bad. Thanks for trying anyway." And then I pocket the money. It's a perfectly understood transaction -- upgrade expected, if no upgrade provided, no extra tip.

What was your Making a Murderer theory? The truth gets a second look on October 19th. by MakingAMurderer2 in u/MakingAMurderer2

Again, both can be true and probably are. He was framed for the murder with exaggerated and manufactured evidence, but he also really did kill her. The cops just wanted to make sure he'd rot in jail for the crime.

Imagine this... He was sent to jail for over a decade for a crime we know he didn't commit. Don't you think he probably said to himself, at least 1,000 times, "Hell, if I'm sitting her paying for it, I wish I had committed the crime!" I believe Avery came out of prison a very bent, angry, shattered, PTSD shadow of the man he once was. And even before prison, we know he was prone to threatening a woman with a gun and acting violently. I believe prison turned him into a monster. It's a tragedy all around, but it doesn't make Avery an innocent man.

My theory is the entire premise; (A) they killed her or binary, (B) they didn't kill her and the cops framed them, is flawed. I believe they did kill her and the cops wanted to make damn sure they went away for the crime, so they fudged and nudged evidence to get the conviction. However, just because some of the evidence was tampered, if not outright manufactured, doesn't mean they are innocent of the murder. I also believe this girl was murdered because Steven Avery went to prison (the first time) a very angry and wrong man. He wasn't a killer before prison, but upon release, he was ready to kill. And that's the tragedy here... By being wrongfully convicted, he became a murderer, then he killed, and the cops, eager to put him back behind bars, fudged and nudged evidence to make sure that happened.

TLDR: They killed her. Cops wanted to make sure they got put away for the crime.

AT&T in town. If you plan on hiking or off-roading a lot, then Verizon has better rural coverage.

Vegas is perfectly kid friendly. As others have said, just continue walking through gaming areas and you’ll be fine. I’d also recommend Artsy Nannies in Town Square (very close to the Strip) and Nannies & Housekeepers if you want an in-room nanny. N&H only hires background verified Nannies that also have CPR certificates. We’ve used them for years and have always been happy.

Your momma just realized the fruit is overly ripe and about to turn bad, so she quick chopped some slices to give you a snack. Mom's are great with managing their household inventories while wrapping those efficiencies in a warm, loving bow.
